Eric Lambermont (Bachelor of Technical Engineering & Master of Science in Business Administration) is a finance and health serial-entrepreneur and an active investor in blockchain technologies.
After starting his first business in the employment industry, Eric founded & sold multiple companies. During the time at his finance advisory company Labenne Finance, Eric had a role as CFO in the real-estate developing company Change= that focusses building residential towers. He was involved in the development and building of 2 towers that both were sold to pension funds. Eric led the conversations with the new owners when Change= stayed involved as the property manager.
Eric sold the clients of Labenne Finance in 2022 and is now working as an interim director/ CEO or CFO for several companies. He as wel started investing, for instance in his dental practice in 2017 and founded another one in 2020. He is currently working as the interim director of a 5-star hotel in Amsterdam and supervising the construction of the expansion of the building of the second dental practice.

Former Rethink CEO and Founder, Vijay began his career as a Salesforce consultant before gaining 17 years of experience in commercial real estate and technology — ranging from identifying and managing sale-leasebacks to overseeing development projects underwriting over $1.2B in deals with his firm’s JV partner. His experience in both roles led to the realization that there was a significant disconnect between the needs of CRE firms and the solutions technology vendors provided them, which spurred him to launch Rethink in 2007, amidst the Great Recession.
Vijay successfully exited Rethink to a private equity firm in 2021 and is now focused on his passions- creating and developing unique, sustainable, tech-enabled experiences and communities through commercial real estate and investing in innovative start-ups. He currently runs and operates a successful co-working space in an industrial building converted to class A office in East Austin and is also developing a 100,000K SF creative workspace and residences in East Austin. Vijay is also on the board of several fast-growing companies.
