In 2017, as interim CFO, we helped real estate developer Change= with setting up their financial structure. When we started, Change= was in the process of building their first residential tower. We set up the administration and devised the financial process for collecting future rental income on behalf of the end investor. We automated this process using multiple connections between the CRM systems and accounting software (Exact Online). In addition, the process of collecting rent payments and managing debtors for the end investor was implemented. We as well set up reports (rent roll) to measure the profitability of the property, which was done for the end investor who acquired the property after completion of the development and initial renting out of all apartments.
